Chef’s Catering of Upstate New York provides a great solution for individuals and corporate event catering needs, and specializes in custom wedding catering. By focusing on the guest, Chef’s goes past traditional meals into a variety of cuisines — healthy, gluten-free, Mexican, Italian, American, vegetarian and more.
Our culinary team builds customized menus for every event: gourmet sliders off the food truck, healthy boxed lunches for corporate caterings, and five-star fare for weddings with plating, buffet and on-site chefs.

Two mobile kitchens travel with our top-of-the-line trailer and food truck, so food is prepared fresh on site — barn, backyard, parking lot or park.

After more than a decade of catering in Rochester, we needed a venue at the same caliber as the food. Formerly the Plantation Party House in Spencerport, NY, Chef’s has renovated and expanded the local hot spot into a modern event venue — weddings and receptions, brunches, casino nights and corporate events.

A funeral is never on the calendar. Call us and we build a reception menu on the spot — trays, hot buffets, coffee and dessert — delivered to the church hall, the funeral home, your house or Chef’s Event Center. We set up, we serve, we clean up. Your family never touches a dish.
